Wow, I have been on a raw diet for 20 days. Two days ago, I had body aches all over, and then a fever and chills for a good 24 hours and general body weakness and dizziness. I had to stay in bed under 5 quilts and sleep it off! Today, I feel great! I also started my period today. I wonder if these were detox symptoms. Also,I have had lots of trouble with being constipated. It seems I can never 'go'. I have had to use enemas for relief.
Since I feel so good, I am going fix myself a nice green smoothie! Here I go with round two!
