Here’s What Those Who Attended Had to Say…
“I recently attended Nathalie Lussier’s Live Raw class to help me transition to the raw food diet and was extremely pleased. She has a friendly, laid-back, tolerant manner that made everyone feel comfortable. She reviewed all the key topics (including food combining and sprouting) clearly and concisely, demystifying them for me and was able to answer all our questions. And then she proceeded to prepare several recipes that were delicious, yet so simple I now feel attempting the raw food diet is indeed possible for me.” – I. H., Toronto, Canada
“I enjoyed your class very much. I thought the food was very delicious, and we even went out and got a spiralizer. Just know that you are spreading the word, and changes for the better are happening. I love the quality of the informational emails you send.” – M.H., Toronto, Canada
“The main thing I walked away with was confidence that raw food is easy and delicious, which was important for me – I’ve always been a-okay with smoothies and juices, but it’s been the dinner, savory options that were overwhelming and confusing (I loathe salad). Nathalie’s class taught me that raw savory dinners are super easy to make, and far exceeded my expectations in yum and simplicity! I am the pickiest eater ever, and I liked everything.” – S.S., Toronto, Canada
