I personally like the yellow-fleshed ones myself. :) I know – my boyfriend said we should have been drinking “cool tea” for weeks after the amount of durian we ate. Lucky for me, I tend to be quite “cool” as it is, because of all the cucumbers and melons I eat. ;)

Thanks for mentioning the use of the shell as bowl. I hadn't heard of that use before.
