		<description>I juice using a blender.  I blend fruit and vegetables and add 1 c. of water to get it going.  I strain it through a paint strainer you can get at any hardware store.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I was thinking of getting a juicer, but it doesn&#039;t take very long to strain the juice and it is somewhat theraputic doing it and a quicker cleanup...so, I guess I will stick to one multi use machine!</description>

		<description>Thanks... you cant taste the spinach at all.  I use Barlean&#039;s or Carrie&#039;s powdered Greens which taste great with our without fruit if you want to avoid extra sugar from time to time.</description>
