
Hurray! It’s a new tradition here at The Raw Foods Witch. I think it’s important to take time to mindfully review your past week, and choose what you want more of in the coming week.
I’ll be making this an almost weekly ritual, and you’re invited to share what’s up in your life. Or not, it’s entirely up to you.
Things are bound to change from week to week, but I am creating this weekly space to reflect, be grateful, share great resources, and say thank you.
Those of you who are familiar with my Billionaire Woman website may remember Gratitude Mondays, and this is a little more evolved but essentially the same concept.
Let’s get mindful!
Homebound Gratitude
- I’m grateful for going home: I spent 2 weeks with my family in Quebec, and it was great to see everyone again. Lots of great talks, playing Wii with friends, and visiting my extended family.
- I’m grateful for being home: It’s good to be back in my own bed, using my vitamix, and at my own desk. I’m more of a homebody than I thought, and living out of a suitcase doesn’t feel natural at this point anymore.
- I’m grateful for everything running smoothly while I was gone: Thankfully everything continued to work while I was away, with only a few days of work in between.
The First Week of 2010
- This week I’m ready to wrap up some projects I’ve been working on for awhile. I’m ready to give them the time and attention they need. (And also the love and promotion they need to reach the right people!)
- This week I’m going to give myself some time to meditate, think, and really figure out what worked in 2009 and what didn’t to plan for 2010 in terms of my business.
- This week I’m looking to discover new blogs to read and interact with. If you have any recommendations for blogs I might enjoy, or other readers of Raw Foods Witch might enjoy, let me know in the comments.
