I just wanted to comment on the health claims made of the Goji Berry.

First of all, it is absolutely true when you eat more fruits and veggies, mixed with a small amount of protein, this will lead to a healthier life. I have read many books, including the China Study, and it is just smart science.

Secondly, I understand making extreme claims about any nutrient is not a good selling point. However, we see manipulative marketing from drug companies all the time with no consequence. In my opinion, the only nutrients that make such a solid claim would be the natural organic foods we eat. Again, this is just good science.

I love the little health addition there as that really gets me going and that's what I talk a lot about on my natural health care blog.

Keep up the wonderful work here.

I usually just eat them in a homemade raw trail mix - something to take with me when I'm going to be on the road or flying and know I will be desperate for food along the way. I dont really bother with them any other time.
