Hi! I go into full detail on this in my Cure Cravings Forever class. I do hear you on the workout side of things and it's totally normal to majorly hungry after a workout. I have a special post workout recipe for that. ;)

Hi- I have the worst cravings on days when I workout and am very active. I get home and just want to eat anything that will make me feel full. potato chips (which I didn't even really eat prior to transitioning to raw), OR serious chocolate intake after my dinner, OR popcorn. it's so discouraging. I'm trying to eat more fat and more often and now have added in a green smoothie everyday (and only have had the blendtec for a week- so maybe it takes more time)
BUT I can't figure out how to feel full- on the days that I workout hard!

Can't wait for your cravings class to have an opening! :)

Hi Rachel! Your story really hits home, and you're totally not alone. I have a whole program dedicated to helping people with food cravings. It's called Cure Cravings Forever and you can sign up to receive notification when it goes back on the market in April.

I tend to crave the large Kit Kat bars in one of the snack machines at my college.I get between 2-4 Kit Kat bars when and if I have enough money on me.I also crave food that's in my refrigerator and freezer.I mostly don't crave sweets and I also tend crave food that I like a lot like the Lunchable Pizzas, (I know an 18 year old eating Lunchables? They're very good though),fried pork chops, garlic mash potatoes, and hot wings.Because of my food cravings,I'm overweight for my height (which is 4'11'' and I weight between 144-147 pounds) and I want to stop my food cravings so that I can lose weight. Also,my mom says that I eat a lot,but to me,I generally don't eat a lot or only a little more than average.I need help with my food cravings.Any suggestions?

Hey Jess, that's a really interesting craving considering your background. Do you feel that it's because you're lacking something in your diet? I have a hunch it might just be you working through some of those old layers, possibly from a time where you used to eat hamburgers.
