I've made it… and it's truly brilliant. Rather doubted your claim it could rival traditional recipes – absolutely true. It does take a LOT of blending though, next time I'll try and grate the pumpkin to speed it up.

Pumpkin not really being in season right now, I might try it with sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are great since it's one of the 15 conventionally grown fruits/vegetables that contains the least pesticides residue.

Cool! I think I could use another great raw pie recipe. I usually make my very berry raw pie (which is a great antioxidant punch), but I could certainly use some more variety!

Being that today is the first day in a LONG time I have had to myself,(hubby and our two young daughter's went for a visit to in-laws),I am going to make your pumpkin pie!Still have a pumpkin leftover from Halloween,as youngest daughter didn't carve into her's.Also received your free e-book and joined as a fan on Facebook!So nice to see (one of the few I've found) Raw Vegan CANADIANS!Hoping to be able to meet up with some locally.(I live in Okotoks,Alberta).Thanks for sharing!
