green capsicum is unripe capsicum which is not good for the body. You should not use garlic unless you are using as a medicine as garlic is an antibiotic and the body will become immune to it if used regularly. Please get off the raw food web as you are not using integrity instead you are looking for money and there are a lot of people that are going to be misguided.
My favorite is just fresh squeezed lemon juice, mixed with the juicy tomatoes it tastes delicious. Sometimes I sprinkle on some sea salt, too ;)
That sounds delicious Amanda. Thanks for sharing. :)
GREAT looking video,very talented.
I guess it is mayo I put mainly to my salads :)
shredded carrot, dakon radish, green apple, fennel bulb, chopped fine red onion, parsley with fresh squeezed lemon juice, fresh pressed garlic ground pepper, sea salt and a little agave syrup. Let sit and the juices of the veggies infuse.
Thanks for sharing your recipe! :)

hi nathalie–just a question…would you eat that whole salad, or is it a couple servings?
Hi! It depends on your day to day. The salad I made in this video is ideal for 2 people, but I eat really really BIG salads on a consistent basis. :)
